We have clients from all over the world including Italy, France, Greece, Portugal,Spain, UK, Canada and Australia.
We welcome trainees who are currently taking their levels to become Counsellors, psychologists or therapists, we do not only focus on the book studies but also the actual training (do hours), if you rather see a fully qualified therapist, please let us know prior your session.
During your request for consultation, a therapist will be nominated depending on your needs, their experience, and the location.
We do not have a psysical office.
The consultations are online via Zoom or in case certain cases at the clients properties or at the therapists property. This is due to the diversity of client locations.

What is counselling?
We use the word 'therapy' to cover talking therapies, such as counselling, psychotherapy and coaching. Therapy offers a safe, confidential place to talk to a trained professional about your feelings and concerns. You might talk about difficult events in your life or your relationships and emotions. Or you might have negative thoughts and behaviours that you want to change. Therapists will not give you advice or solve your problems for you. They will listen to your story, helping you to understand yourself better and make positive changes in your life.
